Yes. KinKera Community operates as the SDA provider for the physical building. You have complete choice and control to bring your own preferred Supported Independent Living (SIL) provider to assist with your daily on-site supports.

The Mowbray property includes two distinct dwelling types to suit different living arrangements:

  • The House: A two-bedroom home designed for two participants to share.

  • The Villas: Two standalone one-bedroom villas designed for single occupancy.


Both the shared house and the individual villas include a dedicated space for Onsite Overnight Assistance (OOA) as well as robust construction, generous living areas and private landscaped gardens.
